Blindness is only a "state of being". Don’t write off the Visually Challenged as "disabled". Though they are unable to see, they are able to do many things like others. They are only "vision disabled". We too are unable to do many things. But we are not branded as "disabled". "Enabling the Disabled" is our duty… it is our moral responsibility… don’t turn a BLIND EYE to this reality...
