3-piece band finds regular employment
SRVC was successful in getting the 3-piece band consisting of Flute, Guitar & Tabla employed with Hotel Le Meridien, Cochin as their Lobby Band. They earn a regular income by playing for 2 hours every evening and earn extra income through shows booked by SRVC.
Visually Challenged therapist as Foot Reflexologist Ansar, a qualified Masseur and experienced Reflexoligist was presented to Hotel Taj Residency, Cochin with the novel idea of providing Foot Massage as in-room service. While Ansar makes good income, the Hotel is also happy about providing a unique service to its clients.
× Afsal Yusuff as Music Director of a Malayalam Movie
Afsal, a very talented music composer and keyboard programmer who is born blind, had done the theme song for the event "Music for the Heart" on 23rd May 2004. Young Afsal got noticed by Jolly Joseph from the audience who engaged him to do music for a movie produced by Jolly called "Chandranilekkoru Vazhi" . M.C.Roy produced the songs under the banner "mcroy.org" on behalf of SRVC with the understanding that surplus generated from this music will go to SRVC.
