A registered NGO, working in the field of rehabilitation of the vc
(visually challenged) for over 28 months. SRVC takes a different approach
by pursuing new avenues for employing the Visually Challenged in non conventional areas
taking advantage of technology and by offering them the required training.
Through their empowerment  and by creating  public awareness, SRVC also
aims to play an active role in creating an inclusive atmosphere and thus achieve social integration.

THE TEAM BEHIND SRVC

SRVC was formed by a few like-minded people closely associated with the Visually Challenged.
It is lead from the front by the Project Head M.C.Roy and Secretary Sunil Mathew. They are ably supported by the President of the Society Prof.V.J.Pappu, Retd. Pro Vice Chancellor of Cochin & Calicut Universities and Mr.M.J.Chacko, a renowned Social Worker. As Patrons, Sri Venugopal C Govind, Smt.Usha Uthup and Sri.Suresh Gopi renders all possible support to the initiatives of SRVC.
